Job summary

Aieres Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects across New England, including MA, RI, NH, and CT. You will drive productivity, uphold quality and safety, and represent the company professionally with clients and partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial painting experience, including 1–2 years as a foreman, with strong leadership and the ability to read plans and specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial painting experience, including 1–2 years as a Foreman or lead.
• Track record leading crews and running day-to-day jobsite operations
• Strong knowledge of commercial painting methods, materials, and coatings
• Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• English fluency required; Spanish fluency a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews, keeping productivity, quality, and safety on track
• Plan daily field activities and prep crews using project plans, schedules, and specs
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, schedule, and site conditions
• Train and mentor painters and junior crew members
• Flag challenges, delays, or resource needs before they become problems
• Represent the company professionally with clients, GCs, and project partners

$30–$45/hour, based on experience & $5000 Sign-on bonus

We're hiring an experienced Commercial Painting Foreman to run field crews on commercial projects throughout New England. You'll drive productivity, hold the line on quality and safety, and make sure every job reflects the standard we're known for.
