Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence while upholding Chipotle’s culture of quality and guest satisfaction.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,000.00-$117,500.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
