Chipotle is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will collaborate with store managers to drive strong operations, guest satisfaction, and growth. These roles reward leadership with a broad impact across the field and competitive rewards.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,000.00–$117,500.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
