Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations and strengthen operations.

You will partner with restaurant managers to drive sales, guest experience, and food safety excellence while developing a capable leadership team across sites. We value a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, strong business and people skills, and the ability to train and coach staff to uphold Chipotle's standards.
