Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations, partnering with store managers to drive consistent operations, superb guest experiences, and strong financial results across the region.

You will foster a food safety first culture, develop teams through coaching and training, ensure staffing levels, and act as a hands-on leader who can jump in and support when needed.
