Responsibilities

• Serve as field lead, ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Oversee work-in-progress for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Train employees in day-to-day procedures and provide guidance.
• Perform unskilled to heavy physical labor on maintenance/repair projects.
• Operate light equipment and perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles.
