Job summary

PurgeRite LLC is seeking a Technician II to serve as a mid-level on-site leader, executing complex flushing procedures and mentoring the crew. You will guide projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards while supporting the Senior Technician.

You will manage pre/post job checklists, coordinate training, and maintain high-quality documentation. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, leadership, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in field operations and technical procedures.
• Proven ability to lead by example and mentor others.
• Excellent communication for reporting and client interaction.
• OSHA 30 certification and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Must pass drug tests and background checks.
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Execute services per PurgeRite SOPs and lead on-site in absence of Senior Technician.
• Coordinate crew activities and train newer technicians.
• Maintain professional client communication and resolve site issues.
• Read and implement flush plans; balance systems for project requirements.
• Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and logs.
• Contribute to flush report writing and documentation.
• Provide input to improve equipment and procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain vehicles and tools.
