Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of flush equipment capabilities, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to lead by example and train others.
• Excellent verbal and written reporting and client interaction.
• OSHA 30 Certified and committed to a safe work environment.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Pass comprehensive drug tests and background checks.
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute services per PurgeRite SOPs and serve as primary site lead in the absence of a Senior Technician.
• Coordinate crew activities and mentor newer technicians to grow capabilities.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management and troubleshoot issues.
• Read and comprehend flush plans; assist in balancing systems to meet project requirements.
• Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and trip logs; conduct site surveys.
