Job summary

The Staff Pad, in Mabank, TX, is seeking a Project Lead to oversee field operations for natural gas construction projects. You will direct a crew of 8–10, schedule daily work from prints, manage materials, and ensure quality and safety across all tasks in the field.

You will perform taps, fusions, tie-ins, pressure testing, and purging while coordinating with utilities, inspectors, and general contractors. Strong leadership and OQ qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years leading a gas crew.
• Ability to read construction prints and standards.
• Excellent communication with crew and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a gas crew of 8–10: fusers, laborers, operators.
• Plan daily work from prints and packets; manage materials and targets.
• Oversee taps, fusion, live tie-ins, tests; ensure procedures.
• Direct trenching, backfilling, and safety discipline.
• Maintain daily reports and timecards with Raken/T-Sheets.
