Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Gas Utility Leadman to lead a crew in installing and repairing gas lines while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You will report to the Foreman and play a key role on site, collaborating as One Team to keep projects moving.

You will perform general labor tasks as needed, supervise crew activities, and ensure compliance with procedures. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on leadership on outdoor work sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years prior experience in gas utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily job tasks
• Submit daily reports outlining daily job activities
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules
• Comply with industry and customer operating procedures while ensuring safety and quality
• In the interim absence of the Foreman, lead crew to remain operational
• Maintain all Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
