Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gas Distribution Foreman.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and project instructions.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a crew of utility workers on daily gas distribution activities.
• Assign work to crew members based on project requirements, capabilities, and production priorities.
• Lead daily safety tailgate meetings and communicate work assignments, expectations, hazards, and production goals.
• Monitor crew performance and provide direction, coaching, and corrective feedback.
• Train and mentor less-experienced employees in safe and proper utility construction practices.
