The position requires 5+ years in lead roles, a clean driving record, and comfort with heights. Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional early starts or after-hours work to ensure high-profile installs are completed perfectly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
