FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is seeking a mechanically-minded Field Lead to own projects from start to finish. You will manage installation scopes, timelines, and client communication in a hands-on shop environment.

The role requires 5+ years in construction leadership, a clean driving record, and comfort with heights. Bucket truck access, high-end tools, and digital tablets are provided. Standard hours are Mon-Fri, with occasional early starts for critical installs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Owns a project from start to finish as a Field Lead.
• Manages deadlines and coordinates with owners/site managers.
• Maintains professionalism and problem-solving on-site.
