Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field installs, scheduling, and safety checks.
• Communicate clearly with business owners and site managers to resolve issues.
