Job summary

FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is seeking a mechanically-minded Field Lead who will own a project from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with a background as Construction Lead, Carpenter, or Remodeler and pride in delivering quality work.

The position follows a standard Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, with occasional early starts or longer days to ensure top-tier installations are completed flawlessly. Bucket truck, high-end tools, and tablets are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• Clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Own a project from start to finish as Field Lead.
• Meet deadlines and manage installations for high-profile projects.
• Coordinate with owners and site managers.
