Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Field Engineer in Texas to bridge field operations and office support. Expect 75–90% time in the field to learn construction management and grow within the company.

You will collaborate with project staff, track production, report quantities, and ensure work meets project standards. A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between field and office, supporting Project Engineer and Superintendent.
• Track production, plan operations, and report project data.
• Ensure field work aligns with project standards and specifications.
• Support in maintaining project quantities and budgeting data.
