Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consultant, Remediation and Demolition Site Lead to join our Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) team in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on on-site leadership for remediation, construction, decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have engineering or related degrees with 3+ years of project experience (or 7+ years if no degree), strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field with 3+ years of project experience, or related fields.
• Alternate degrees in geology, environmental science, occupational health, safety, or industrial hygiene are acceptable.
• 7+ years of related experience can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead remediation and demolition field activities.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure safety on site.
• Develop and implement Health and Safety Plans for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and contractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal involvement.
• Travel up to 75% for field rotations.
