Job summary

Processbarron Master is seeking a Manager of Fan System Testing & Estimation in Pelham, AL. The role oversees field-testing operations for industrial fan systems and auxiliary equipment, including drone inspections, leading analysts and technicians, and ensuring data quality and reporting for boilers, kilns, and draft systems.

You will guide estimation, inspection planning, and pricing support for the Upgrade Division, while developing training programs and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of field testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Commercial Drone License preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fan System Test Analysts and field technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management for field testing projects.
• Review test plans, reports, and change orders; ensure safety and compliance during field operations.
• Oversee development of cost estimates and inspection plans for new/existing projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and junior analysts.
