Job summary

Processbarron seeks a Manager of Fan System Testing & Estimation to lead field-testing operations for industrial fan systems, boilers, kilns, and draft systems. You will manage a team of analysts and technicians, ensure accurate data collection, and drive reporting and pricing support for proposals.

Your role covers cost estimation, inspection planning, drone-based inspections, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to meet client goals. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 3 years field experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; Drone license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Fan System Test Analysts and field technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management for field testing projects.
• Review and approve test plans, reports, and change orders.
• Oversee cost estimates and inspection plans for new and existing projects; support pricing strategies.
