• 5+ years in environmental construction/remediation.
• Direct UST/AST installation, removal, inspection and service experience.
• Maryland UST Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience leading field personnel and ensuring safety/compliance with regulations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel in Mid-Atlantic region; occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew on UST/AST installation/removal and remediation projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Hillis-Carnes safety policies.
• Review project plans, permits, and specs before mobilization.
• Maintain daily field reports, safety records, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, regulators throughout project.
• Prepare project documentation and assist with training.
