The role oversees field crews performing UST/AST installations, removals, inspections, and environmental remediation, ensuring safety and project quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in environmental construction, Maryland UST certifications (or ability to obtain within six months), OSHA 30-Hour/HAZWOPER preferred, and a clean driver’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental construction/remediation experience.
• Direct UST/AST installation, removal, inspection, and service experience.
• Maryland UST Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading field personnel and complying with safety policies.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 30-Hour and/or HAZWOPER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on UST/AST installation and remediation projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to support schedules.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Hillis-Carnes safety policies.
• Maintain project documentation including daily field reports and logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, environmental professionals, clients, subcontractors, and regulators.
