Job summary

Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Foreman to join our commercial kitchen installation team. This is not a traditional supervisory role—the Crew Lead will work beside the crew, taking ownership to ensure every installation is completed properly and per plan.

You will install equipment, read and interpret technical drawings, take precise measurements, identify field issues, and coordinate with Project Management to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen installation or related construction projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take measurements accurately.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, hands-on and detail-oriented with ownership in the field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial kitchen equipment including hoods and walk-ins.
• Uncrate, move, and position equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Identify missing materials and field discrepancies.
• Take accurate measurements and inform Project Management.
• Coordinate with crew and PM to keep projects moving.
• Provide daily progress updates.
• Take ownership to complete installations per plan.
