Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC’s client, an American financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Field Sales Rep - City Launch & Merchant Success on a contract basis to support Neighborhoods launch markets. This is a 6-month, field-based role with 4 days on the road and one day remote for administrative tasks.

You will be the face of Neighborhoods in your city, building relationships with local merchants, leading onboarding and training sessions, hosting community events, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in merchant success, field ops, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong ability to build authentic relationships with local business owners.
• Experience leading trainings, workshops, or customer education.

Responsibilities

• Meet merchants face-to-face to drive onboarding and activation.
• Lead trainings and community events to grow merchant engagement.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to product/go-to-market teams.
