You will perform pre-trip inspections, assist with rigging and material handling, and participate in safety meetings while following KS SOPs.

Qualifications

• Regular labor tasks in construction/industrial environments.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to pass safety trainings and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Be prepared and on time for scheduled shifts with proper PPE.
• Participate in safety tailgates and communicate safety topics when needed.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and check fluids, tires, lights, and signs.
• Conduct monthly tool audits and ensure equipment compliance (e.g., registrations, extinguishers).
• Follow the Detailed Daily Work Plan (DDWP) and ensure crew participation and adherence to procedures.
• Identify hazards on the job site and address hazardous atmospheres appropriately.
• Assist with tasks assigned by Crew Lead/Foreman such as rigging, grinding, and housekeeping.
• Learn proper use and maintenance of tools (gas monitors, radios, hand tools, shovels, slings).
• Support KS Industries and Customer Safety Processes.
• Develop knowledge of KS SOPs and reference the SOP Manual before tasks.
• Meet all physical and mental requirements listed.
