Miller Environmental Group in Baltimore, MD seeks Field Laborer / Technician to perform hands-on environmental cleanup, decontamination, spill response, and basic remediation under supervision. The role supports emergency response and scheduled projects; work is physically demanding, outdoors in varying conditions, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; in some locations 21+.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (non-CDL).
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform heavy physical labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and varying weather.
• Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, travel, weekends, holidays, and on‑call.
• Ability to wear respirators and meet OSHA respiratory protection requirements.
• Pass a fit-for-duty physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental cleanup and decontamination under supervision.
• Assist with spill response and emergency deployments.
• Handle and transport contaminated materials per regulations.
• Wear and maintain PPE correctly.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and trainings.
• Work 8–12+ hour shifts, including nights/weekends.
