Job summary

Triad Engineering, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Engineering Construction Materials Technician (Entry Level) to perform quality control testing of concrete, soils, and other construction materials in the field and on site.

You will complete daily reports, communicate with site supervisors, and adhere to safety procedures, with occasional lab work at our offices. This entry-level role offers training and growth opportunities in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction-related training or technical training desirable.
• Certifications in Concrete and Soil preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record.
• Available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in the field and on construction sites performing quality control testing of concrete, soils, and other construction materials.
• Complete and submit daily reports related to observations and testing activities.
• Promptly communicate with site supervisors and project managers of issues or deviations from plans and specifications.
• Follow all corporate and job site safety procedures.
• Work directly on site with our clients.
• Attend job site meetings as needed.
• May occasionally perform lab testing in our offices.
