Job summary

Superclean Service Company is seeking an Area Field Manager to oversee janitorial sites and personnel across Texas, including the Austin/South Texas area. The role emphasizes managing field staff, conducting site visits, and ensuring client SLAs are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical, retail, and restaurant janitorial maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel extensively to meet clients and visit the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical, retail and restaurant janitorial maintenance.
• Experience managing janitorial staff and field personnel.
• Experience in estimating labor and scheduling for janitorial projects.
• Ability to produce progress and inspection reports for executives.
• Excellent knowledge of janitorial chemicals, equipment and consumables.

Responsibilities

• Manage field sites and personnel in Texas; conduct site visits/inspections.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and communicate with clients.
• Develop and manage janitorial staff including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Prepare progress and inspection reports for executive management.
• Recruit and interview janitorial staff; travel as required.
