AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base with hands-on IT/Telecom fieldwork. Responsibilities include OS installs, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse site types while maintaining professionalism and meeting on-site commitments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in IT/Telecom, own essential tools, and a valid driver’s license. This 1099 contractor role offers travel within the assigned territory and travel pay benefits.

Formación

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must own a standard set of tools for IT and networking tasks.
• Ability to travel to diverse client sites (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• Be on-call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
