Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support a growing national client base. The role involves OS installs, cabling, telecom work, and on-site service at diverse locations. You’ll work independently and be on call within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience with relevant certifications or 5+ years field experience, plus a reliable vehicle and tools. Paid hourly on-site with 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience with one of the certifications or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and be on call within territory.
