Job summary

Minuteman Food Mart is seeking a Field IT Technician to support fuel technology and on-site IT equipment across multiple North Carolina locations. You will report to the Facilities Manager and work with IT teammates to maintain capabilities across operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 5 years of field experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; certifications such as Wayne or Gilbarco are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Preferred Certification(s): Wayne, Gilbarco.
• Minimum 5 years of in field experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with fuel technology and onsite equipment.
• Plan and oversee large-scale tasks (POS upgrades, updates, new equipment rollouts, new locations).
• Manage departmental inventory and assist users via phone, online, or onsite support.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and products in the field.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers; comply with policies.
