Yesway, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT/maintenance technician to support fueling, POS, and retail systems across store locations. The role requires troubleshooting fuel dispensers, ATG, STP, and related equipment, and maintaining overall store infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3-4 years related experience.
• POS certifications or willingness to obtain in timeframe set by management.
• Experience with low-voltage cabling, network diagrams, CCTV, and alarm cabling.
• Ability to read manuals and diagrams with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to stores daily.

Responsibilities

• On-site maintenance and repair of IT, Fueling, Cash Safe, and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel dispensing equipment and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic components and POS systems.
• Travel to store locations, including drives of 4 hours or more per day.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Support retail systems infrastructure including POS and back office.
• Lead hardware/software release projects and store migrations.
• Test fixes to ensure problems are resolved.
• Diagnose and repair circuitry in fuel dispensers and related components.
