A leading technology service provider is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. This role involves performing hardware break-fix services and requires candidates to have technical school certification, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The position allows for flexible calls and the requirement to drive to client sites in Montana.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Receive and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
