Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support field technology across our offices, job sites, and asphalt plant locations in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role covers estimating, surveying, asphalt production, field productivity, planning and scheduling applications.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–5 years of experience, relevant IT certifications, and a willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years related experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Construction/Materials Production industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct user support over the phone and in person at offices, job sites, and asphalt plant locations.
• Assist users with resolution of issues and guidance on the use of technology; support issues will range from account and device related issues to troubleshooting and performance issues.
• Support technology deployments in the field and provide end user training on proper use of the technology.
• Participate in implementation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and communication to influence outcomes and drive business objectives.
