Allan Myers, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to back our Construction and Construction Materials field technology based out of our Chesapeake, Virginia office. You will support applications and systems used in estimating, surveying, asphalt production, field productivity, planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• CompTIA A+ preferred; Project+, Network+, and Cloud+ are a plus.
• 2–5 years related experience.
• Experience with construction or materials production industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct user support over the phone and in person at offices, job sites, and asphalt plant locations.
• Assist users with resolution of issues and provide guidance on the use of technology; support issues include account/device issues and troubleshooting on devices/networks.
• Support technology deployments in the field and assist in end user training on proper use of the technology.
