AllSTEM Connections is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support IT infrastructure at field and construction sites in Lancaster, CA. This hybrid, 1-year contract role requires practical installation and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and network devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, satellite internet (Starlink), and a willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of computers, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience with routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet and network infrastructure.
• Starlink/satellite internet experience strongly required.
• Field/jobsite IT installation and support experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationwide, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & clean 5-year driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments.
