Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Field Service Technician in Lancaster, CA for a hybrid 1-year contract. The role focuses on hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware at field sites, with emphasis on network infrastructure and satellite internet access.

You will support field installations, travel regionally/nationwide, including overnight stays, and operate in outdoor construction environments with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of computers, hardware, printers & peripherals.
• Experience with routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet & network infrastructure.
• Starlink/satellite internet experience strongly required.
• Field/jobsite IT installation and support experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationwide, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & clean 5-year driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments.
