Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT Field Support professional to deploy and maintain standardized technology environments across job sites and offices. The role focuses on Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT field support, networking, or systems administration, with an Associate's degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration.
• Associate's degree in IT, computer science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and maintains jobsite network equipment and connectivity per standards.
• Inspects and supports field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots site-level tech issues and documents resolutions.
• Keeps asset tracking and documentation up to date in established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments meet security and configuration standards.
