Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT Field Support specialist to deploy and maintain technology environments at job sites and offices. You will implement Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

Required are 2–4 years in IT field support or networking, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
