Qualifications

• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and end-user support processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficient in IT hardware assets and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for IS&T infrastructure and services at project site and offices.
• Perform hardware, software, and OS upgrades for end-user devices.
• Support video conferencing and collaboration tools (Teams, Surface Hub, Poly).
• Manage network, Active Directory, and SharePoint configurations.
• Develop IT reports and automate workflows where possible.
• Assist in rollout of new technologies and security remediations.
