Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience.
• Experience running a crew of field welders/ironworkers.
• 3g&4g certified in stick welding or ability to pass recertification test.
• Experience installing stairs, landings, handrails, and roof access ladders.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of workers efficiently.
• Fabricate from blueprints and take accurate field measurements.
• Communicate with site superintendents, homeowners, and customers.
• Work at varying heights and in confined spaces.
