Qualifications

• 2+ years field supervision or foreman experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and safety rules
• Understanding of angles/degrees and measurement units
• Experience with welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW) is preferred
• Current welding certifications or ability to pass weld tests

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crew for stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals
• Coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor
• Read and lay out work according to blueprints
• Instruct and organize crews, tools, and materials
• Ensure safety and proper certifications on site
• Complete daily field and vehicle inspection reports
