Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience with installation and fabrication of structural and ornamental steel.
• Experience running a crew of field welders/ironworkers.
• 3g & 4g certified in stick welding or able to recertify.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of workers efficiently.
• Install and fabricate stairs, handrails, and roof access ladders.
• Communicate politely with site superintendents and customers.
