CES is seeking an Undercover Field Investigator to gather data for audits and investigations related to fraud, waste, and abuse. The role involves field work, interviewing witnesses, and preparing comprehensive reports for resolution and closure.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Private Investigator license, with 2–4 years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a Private Investigator license.
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in related field.
• Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Conducts routine and impartial audits/investigations from start to closure into fraud, waste, and abuse allegations.
• Provides customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, and escalates audit/investigation as needed.
• Compiles detailed and organized records of audit/investigation findings with compliance.
• Applies functional knowledge to create and implement strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Conducts interviews with witnesses, claimants, and stakeholders to gather information.
• Communicates findings to internal teams and ensures proper processing per legal standards.
• Delivers clear, professional updates to customers, claimants, and stakeholders.
• Assists in training and supporting other auditors/investigators to improve processes.
