Job summary

PICS Inventory seeks motivated Team Leaders to count inventory for major retailers in the Wilkes-Barre area. You will travel within the territory and work on-site until the job is completed, using handheld devices to enter data quickly and accurately.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a professional demeanor. Training is provided, with advancement opportunities and competitive pay starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience and route miles.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to inventory sites.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Accurate data entry using handheld device.
• On-site until job completion commitment.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Travel within the territory; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles.
• Enter data on handheld collection devices accurately.
• Maintain professional presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Support team goals and ensure accuracy during inventories.
