Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking motivated and accurate team members to count inventory for major retailers in the Lakewood area. You will travel to sites with occasional early-morning starts and carpool arrangements from a meet site for longer inventories.

We offer paid on-the-job training, opportunities for career advancement, and mileage reimbursement for approved drivers. Competitive pay begins at $20.00 per hour, with raises based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m.to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers across the area and ensure accuracy.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device and scanner.
• Travel to inventory sites; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles from territory.
• Maintain timely completion and on-site presence until job completion.
