Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. seeks an Inventory Service Associate (ISA) for Monroe, LA. This is a 1099 contractor position focused on field retrieval activities to support Supply Chain Operations and Returns, including inventory management and courier duties.

The role requires travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities, scheduling and coordinating returns, and ensuring proper handling of the Assure system and components. Evening/weekend hours and driving are expected.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MSTeams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics.
• Accept assignments which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and other facilities for retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Manage return of inventory including kits, garments, and equipment for drop-off at FedEx or Walgreens.

Education
