Endries International is seeking a Service Representative to support our customer accounts in the Waller, TX area. You’ll be in the field at client locations, handling inventory, logistics, and order processing with a focus on proactive service.

This role involves moving throughout the day and engaging with customers face-to-face. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: monitor and control inventory levels and records.
• Logistics coordination: manage deliveries and schedules for timely distribution.
• Stock optimization: maintain optimal levels and identify gaps or excesses.
• Solution implementation: install and manage inventory management solutions like VMI and crib systems.
• Product stocking and service: stock delivered products and service inventory stations.
• Order processing: scan and download product orders for replenishment.
• Material handling: safely load and unload materials.
• Customer support: resolve issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Order entry & expediting: enter orders in the CSD system and review demand schedules.
• Relationship building: develop strong relationships with customer contacts across locations.
• Customer engagement: improve relations through proactive communication.
• Professionalism: maintain a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.
