Zusammenfassung

Wurth MRO, Safety & Metalworking is seeking an Inventory Management Representative (IMR) to manage CPS/VMI programs at customer facilities across Texas, from Port Arthur to the Houston area. You will visit sites using your own vehicle, stock and replenish inventory, and maintain clean, organized CPS racks and signage.

The role requires 21+ years, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and strong customer service skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience with VMI programs, Customer Service, Driving preferred.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Forklift training and certification required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Scans and stocks inventory at the customer’s site and maintains proper levels.
• Investigates and resolves CPS customer problems.
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Transports products to customers and places orders to replenish inventory.
• Delivers product to bins and keeps CPS racks organized.
