Job summary

Westat is seeking Field Interviewers to support the MEPS study, conducting in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adult respondents across the United States. You will contact households, schedule interviews, and collect signed documents.

Training is mandatory in January 2027, with travel to local or long-distance areas. This is a part-time, variable-hour role with potential overtime and daily data transmission obligations.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Complete required web-based training and Teams sessions between Jan 4–15, 2027.
• Travel to in-person training and to households as needed.
• Complete post-training activities and maintain data security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults.
• Contact households, set appointments, and collect signed documents.
• Transmit data daily and complete administrative paperwork.
• Follow confidentiality and data security requirements.
