Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking contract, full-time Assessment Interviewers to conduct aging survey interviews by phone and in-person across Wisconsin. You will schedule appointments, explain the survey, and travel to participant locations as needed.

The role includes data entry, privacy compliance, and timely data reporting. The position starts at 20.00 USD per hour, with final pay determined by qualifications and experience.

• Proactive status updates to Project Coordinator.
• Deliver excellent customer service to participants.
• Conduct interviews professionally, courteously, and on schedule.
• Travel to scheduled locations to conduct interviews and report data.
